The world's largest casino isn't in Monaco, or Las Vegas.... It's right here in New England--in Ledyard, Connecticut, to be exact.

The Mashantucket Pequot tribe's Foxwoods Resort Casino celebrates its eleventh year in 2003, offering more of the gambling action that has made it a New England and a worldwide landmark.

But Foxwoods is more than just 5,500 slot machines, hundreds of table games, Keno, Bingo, poker and horseracing. The resort complex is home to three hotels, 30 dining options, the 1,450-seat Fox Theatre, The B.B. King Dance & Nite Club and the Mashantucket Pequot Museum, which is a five-minute shuttle ride away. Plus, a Foxwoods getaway puts you in the heart of the Connecticut Woods, close to dozens of other nearby restaurants, attractions and outdoor activities.

This guide is designed to provide all of the information you need to plan your Foxwoods casino day trip or extended vacation. Follow the links at right for help with directions to the casino, accommodations, entertainment schedules, nearby attractions and more.

Good luck!
